Production Assistant

• Must be able to lift boxes and materials up to 40 lbs

• Must be comfortable working with hot wax and fragrance oils

• Must not have fragrance sensitivities or allergies that may interfere with production

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Must be able to follow instructions and formulas precisely

• Must be organized and reliable

• Must be 18 or older and eligible to work as a 1099 contractor

Responsibilities Include:

• Creating cement vessels for candles

• Wicking vessels

• Mixing wax and fragrance oils based on exact measurements

• Pouring wax to complete candles

• Packaging and shipping orders

• Making body oils and body teas

• Organizing and maintaining the studio

• Tracking and ordering inventory

Schedule + Structure:

• 1 required admin day per week (2 hours of studio maintenance+ inventory work, paid flat fee)

• This is a production-based role -- your earnings scale with how much you complete. You are paid per item produced, offering you the freedom to control how and when you work.

• You choose your schedule: work overnight, one full day, or break it up however you like—as long as product deadlines are met

• Quiet, creative-friendly studio environment (you can bring a laptop to work on school or side projects between pours)
